Mrs. McAdow's Banyan

The small tree that Mrs. Marian McAdow planted in the late 19th century in front of her home on the harbor at Retta Esplanade is now a huge mass of twisted limbs with caverns large enough for children to hide within.  It's located between Gilchrist Park and the Punta Gorda Hotel where Hurricane Charley's is now located.
